TARIFFS FOR ICA ARBITRATION PROCEDURES
One of the advantages of arbitration is having certainty about the costs that will be incurred in resolving the dispute.
The cost of an arbitration procedure is proportionate to the value of the dispute. This is based on pre-defined tariffs, which can be verified in advance.
Determining these costs is very straightforward: this page contains the ICA’s current tariffs for ordinary and expedited procedures.
The costs cover the service of the Chamber of Arbitration, and the fees of the arbitrators engaged in the procedure.
Where there is an arbitration panel, the ICA may multiply the fee for one arbitrator, as indicated in the table, by the number of arbitrators.
Mode of payment
The Arbitration Rules provide that the initial deposit, subsequent payments and the final balance can be paid as follows:
A – Bank transfer made out to:
International Chamber of Arbitration
Reason for payment: arbitration + name and surname of the parties
B – Bank cheque made out to:
International Chamber of Arbitration
